The following article is for all those who need to repair an error using RegCure 64 bit for Vista and various other windows glitches that you may run into at one time or other. Although you might try to take very good care of your computer, whatever you do (or don’t do), you can be sure that eventually there is no escaping periodic troubles with windows. Would you like to know how to fix those irritating problems in just a few mouse clicks? Just keep reading.

Click here to repair an error using RegCure 64 bit for Vista now!

It is a common situation where computer users can get those error messages out of the blue. It’s no exaggeration to say that the most important element of windows is what is called the “registry”; if it gets corrupted for some reason, miscellaneous errors will likely show up to slow you down. Naturally this is a complicated topic, so let’s just say that the registry is essential to “register” everything to do with software and hardware, so should anything go wrong with it a variety of errors are bound to pop up. The windows system allows the user to modify the registry, but knowing exactly what to do is extremely tricky; it’s much simpler and safer to use a specialized tool to get things functioning as they should. Generally, all that’s required is to install some software designed specifically for this job and voila – you’ll be up and running in no time.

To illustrate the complexity of the problem, registry data may look like this: 0x000003e8 (1000); if damage occurs and the digits are changed at all, it can cause various unexpected problems. Just with a simple tool, you can detect and repair most of your troubles with windows, such as speed issues, exe file errors, dll errors, and more, which are linked to the windows registry. Don’t forget the fact that your windows system simply cannot operate as it should if it’s without a functioning and undamaged registry.

In closing, you now have a bit of background and you will be able to easily repair an error using RegCure 64 bit for Vista as efficiently as a professional (without the expense!). You might be using a slow or unresponsive computer, but don’t throw it away; your first order of business should be to restore your registry – this can be the “lift” your computer needs. Start some good habits now: all pc users should verify the “well-being” of windows registry from time to time – one or more times per week. We require the ability to recover apparently damaged data as it helps us to be more effective in our daily work with pcs. My expectation is that you enjoyed this article and that it assisted you to rid your pc of those problematic errors.

Lost or Damaged User Profile Cause Data Loss in Windows Vista

In Microsoft Windows Vista, the user profile is actually a record of data, which defines working environment of particular user. The record may include user data, applications settings, network connections, display settings, and other personal data. Sometimes, after logging into Windows Vista computer, you might encounter that any temporary profile has been loaded in place of current user’s profile. Thus, any changes you make your system are lost after logging off the system and it may also include data. The data loss is quite distressing situation and you need to go for Windows Data Recovery solutions to get your valuable data back.

In a practical scenario, you may come across below given error message when you start your Windows Vista-based computer:

“Your user profile was not loaded correctly! You have been logged on with a temporary profile.

Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off. Please see the event log for details or contact your administrator.”

After this error message, you may notice that some of your significant data are missing from the user account. In order to extract the lost data, you are required to fix the issue through windows data recovery.

Grounds of the problem:

This behavior of Microsoft Windows Vista generally occurs if your current user profile has been deleted accidentally from your system. The problem may also occur due to corruption to the user profile due to virus infection, operating system malfunction, and improper system shutdown.

Resolution:

Try out following things to sort out this problem-

Reboot your system and log in as a different user. The different user needs to be administrator.

Open Windows Explorer and then open C:/Users. Remove directory of the problematic profile and ‘Temp’ directory.

Run Vista registry editor and locate below registry subkey-
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

Find correct SID (Security Identifier) and remove it.

Exit registry editor and then reboot your system.

If the above method does not work or cause further damage due to improper registry editing, windows data recovery software are required to extract lost data. These applications are powerful enough to methodically scan the entire hard drive and extract all lost, missing, and inaccessible data from it. With simple and rich graphical user interface, the Windows Recovery tools are completely easy to use.

Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery is the most effective and powerful application to retrieve lost Windows data. The software recovers data from FAT16, FAT32, VFAT, NTFS, and NTFS5 file system partitions. It is designed for Windows 7, Vista, 2003, XP, and 2000.

Robin Watson is B-tech student doing research on windows data recovery software and analyses that how it works to recover windows data accurately and safely.

by me and the sysop

Incorrect boot.ini file may lead to problems during Windows Vista upgrade

In the Windows systems, the Boot.ini file is very critical for startup purposes. This file contains the listing of the operating system to load during the boot process, among many other things. However, despite being a system file this is not marked as read-only. Because of this, at times this file gets modified or start containing incorrect entries, which could easily lead to startup problems thereby making the system insecure. You should try to edit the boot.ini file and restart the system and see if the problem is solved. If it is not, then you should use a hard drive recovery software to recover hard drive.

Take a real-world example in which you are trying to install Windows Vista but are unable to select the Upgrade option. Also, in the Install Windows dialog box, the following error message is displayed:

“Upgrade has been disabled

- Windows cannot determine if another operating system exists on your computer. Try repairing the boot configuration, and then begin the installation again.”

Cause:

The problems in installing Windows Vista in this case may arise due to the corruption issues in the Boot.ini file. The Boot.ini file is having incorrect entries. Also, it may be possible that the boot path in this file is having incorrect location for the Windows directory.

Resolution:

To overcome this problem, you should modify the Boot, ini file to correct the invalid entries. However, you should backup the boot.ini file before doing anything modifications in order to avoid any further damage to it. To save the boot.ini file, you should perform the following steps

Click Start | Run and enter ‘sysdm.cpl’ and press the ‘Enter’ key.

In the ‘Advanced’ tab, click the ‘Settings’ option in the ‘Startup and Recovery’ section.

In ‘System Startup’, click the ‘Edit’ option to open the file in Notepad for editing.

Click File | Save As and save another copy of the boot.ini file.

In the original Boot.ini file, edit the settings as per the individual options.

Please note that you should edit the boot.ini file in the presence of a trained technician as it could lead to further damage, if badly done.

If you are unable to upgrade to Vista even after modifying the boot.ini file, then you should a third-party Windows hard drive recovery software to recover the inaccessible data. These read-only tools are very helpful as they use extremely safe scanning algorithms to recover hard drive.

When it comes to recovering hard drive, the best third-party software is Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery, which extracts data from various memory devices. With the capability to extract data from FAT, NTFS, and exFAT file systems, this hard drive recovery software is compatible with Windows 7, Vista, Server 2003, XP, and 2000.

Hello everyone. I am a software analyst here is a piece of my research on data recovery software to recover windows files and also analyses how to perform windows 7 recovery.

Milwaukee, WI (PRWEB) August 10, 2006

AtomicPark.com, a fast-growing technology e-retailer, announced that they are taking reservations for Microsoft’s upcoming Windows Vista operating system on their website. Customers can reserve a full version of any of the Vista operating systems for a deposit of 0, or an upgrade version for a deposit of . AtomicPark.com is currently the only online retailer taking reserves on Windows Vista, which is expected to ship January 2007.

“Many people are eagerly waiting for Windows Vista to be released, and many of our customers have asked us about reserving their copies ahead of time – they want to avoid any potential shortages when Vista is released,” said President and CEO Anthony Boldin. “Some people are holding off on buying a new PC until after Vista is out on the market, while others are in the process of upgrading to take advantage of the new Aero interface when the OS is released. We’re letting people reserve their copies now so they won’t have to keep checking the news and listening to the speculation – we’ll be keeping them informed throughout the entire process.”

Windows Vista is slated to come out with five commercially available versions, which will be split into general categories. The Vista “home” line will include: Vista Home Basic, Vista Home Premium, and Vista Ultimate. The Vista “business” line will include Windows Vista Business and Windows Vista Enterprise. There is a sixth version, Windows Vista Starter, that will only be available on computers in emerging markets. All of the commercially available versions will include features like SafeDocs backup and restore, migration from XP, Desktop Window Manager (DWM), Fast User Switching (FUS), and Internet Connection Sharing (ICS). Windows Vista Starter and Windows Home Basic will not support the new Aero user interface.
